Teams System

Hi, here i present to you my own view of this concept, of course it is subjected to overview by the administration and by you the bpu members,that must share your opinion!!

-It consists in dividing into slower groups by area, the several members in groups from 5 to 10.
-Each team will have is own hierarchy, the captain choose by the administration, and the second in command in the team, (whatever is tittle is vice.captain lieutenant... don't know... ), choose by the captain.
-The purpose of the captain is to ensure everybody is developing, following the rules, are active, no one is in troubles, etc... basically a closer person to the members..
-Coordinating local military operations, as test wars, helping out in members..
-As teams are made of neighbour members, it will be intelligent to use this structure to market treaty's..
So basically no nice being a captain...

Of course in the beginning it will work mostly to help new members, ensure no one is a farm, everybody grows constantly.... bla bla bla..


I don't make much sense.. but... whatever... :S
